Trey Visai is a free and open business marketplace platform connecting verified merchants and buyers in Cambodia's SME economy. All features are available to every user at no cost — no subscriptions, no paid tiers, no in-app purchases. Our app is available on iOS (Apple App Store) and Android (Google Play Store). We are based in Cambodia and operate under Cambodian law.

Trey Visai is completely free to use. We do not offer in-app purchases, subscriptions, or paid features of any kind, and we do not collect any payment or billing information from users.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share your information only in these situations:

• With merchants you transact with — limited profile information (name) to complete a deal redemption
• Service providers — trusted third-party services that help us operate the app (e.g. cloud hosting, analytics), under strict confidentiality agreements
• Legal requirements — if required by Cambodian law, court order, or government authority
• Business transfers — in the event of a merger or acquisition, your data may be transferred with prior notice to you

We request access to your device location to show you nearby merchants and relevant deals. Location access is optional — you can use the app without it, though some features may be limited.

You can revoke location permission at any time through your device settings (iOS: Settings → Trey Visai → Location / Android: Settings → Apps → Trey Visai → Permissions).

We do not share precise location data with third parties or track your location in the background without your explicit consent.

Photos, business listings, product images, and other content you upload to Trey Visai may be visible to other users on the platform. Please do not upload content that contains personal information you do not wish to share publicly.

You can delete your content at any time through your account settings. Copies may persist briefly in backup systems before being fully removed.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.

You have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction — update or correct inaccurate information
• Deletion — request deletion of your account and associated data
• Withdraw consent — revoke permissions such as location access at any time
• Portability — receive your data in a portable format on request

Trey Visai is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, we will delete it promptly.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. These include encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS) and access controls on our backend systems.

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact us immediately.

Trey Visai does not charge users for access to any features. There are no subscription plans, premium tiers, or in-app purchases. All users — whether browsing as a buyer or listing as a merchant — have equal, unrestricted access to the full platform at no cost.

We do not process, store, or transmit any payment card or billing information. Any future changes to this model will be communicated clearly in advance and reflected in an updated Privacy Policy.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and notify you via the app or email if changes are material. Continued use of Trey Visai after changes means you accept the updated policy.
